In-house Counsel has already become the critical part of the operation and function of one large company. The whole process of each deal is closely related with rules and laws. Till now, the job of each in-house counsel is far beyond the contract management or legal consultant, but focus on the of the business of company.
During the fierce competition of the global market, we can always find the cases of bankruptcy and the suspension of the stock by a lawsuit; coming deals after long-term negotiation stopped because it’s disobey of the local rules; huge sum of money fine for not knowing clearly about or missing the details of the law; huge loss by the illegal behavior of employees etc.
